The HES 5200C Complete Pac is a cylindrical-lockset electric strike that ships as a complete kit: the 5200 strike body plus the faceplate option kit, so you have the right plate on the truck regardless of frame type. The kit includes the 501 faceplate for cylindrical locksets in ANSI metal jambs and the 501A faceplate for cylindrical locksets or spring latches in aluminum frames — no separate faceplate order, no return trip. The strike's standout feature is in-frame horizontal adjustability, which lets you dial in alignment after the frame is set instead of fighting a fixed strike pocket. It accommodates 5/8" to 3/4" throw latchbolts (3/4" with a 1/8" door gap) in both metal and wood frames, and the shallow 1-3/16" body depth fits applications where deeper strikes won't. This LBM version adds a built-in latchbolt monitor, giving you a real-time signal of latchbolt position for door status monitoring and integration with your access control or alarm system. Per HES, the monitor options were not evaluated under the UL 294 / UL 1034 listings and are designated for indoor use. It is field-selectable between fail-safe and fail-secure and draws 240 mA at 12 VDC or 120 mA at 24 VDC (continuous duty; AC is intermittent duty only), so a single part covers both egress and security applications without restocking. Rated to 1,500 lbs static strength and manufacturer endurance rating 1,000,000 cycles (UL 1034 endurance level 250,000 cycles), with a tamper-resistant, non-handed design, internally mounted solenoid, and plug-in connector. Does not fit: mortise locks with a deadbolt (see the HES 1006 series), rim exit devices (see HES 9400 / 9600), latchbolts over 3/4" throw, and openings that require a fire-rated strike.

5200C-630, 5200C-LBM, or 5200C-LBSM?
All three kits share the same Grade 1 strike body, the same 501 and 501A faceplates, and the same 12 or 24 VDC electrical. The 5200C-630 has no monitoring and is the right choice when the door is simply released by a reader, keypad, or intercom. The LBM adds a latchbolt-position switch for door-status monitoring. The LBSM adds a second switch on the strike keeper so the panel can confirm the strike is locked, not just that the door is closed.
